Dissatisfied with the available care for his horses, an avid horseman founded Raven Ranch in 1995 to offer the equestrian community of Tucson a real option for excellence. Since then, Raven Ranch has become one of the finest boarding facilities in the valley, synonymous with quality, gaining a reputation for being the best facility for horse and rider in all of Southern Arizona.

Raven Ranch is designed to not only be the best boarding and training facility available, but to be a beautiful gathering place for fellow horse people. Shaded seating areas are scattered around the property to encourage a sense of community and family fun

A description of our place would be incomplete without a word about our much loved cat, Shogun, who lived at Raven Ranch since before its inception, having been inherited with the property. He was loved by the boarders and did his job to keep Raven Ranch free of pests. In 2005, an unfortunate incident with a dog make it necessary to amputate one of his legs, this just after he was getting over his treatment for cancer. But he was a strong cat and he recovered and against all odds he went on to live for three more years at the Ranch still doing his job. Shogun now lives in our hearts and minds. He will always be missed and never forgotten.
